1. The agency fee
This pays for strategy, ad creation, screening and reporting. ExtraMiles sets the fee for its Lead Engine, Growth Engine and Scale Engine plans in writing after a free strategy call, so you know it before anything starts. Ask any agency exactly what the fee includes: ad designs, landing pages, WhatsApp replies and reports are often extras.
2. The ad spend
This is what you pay Meta and Google for the ads themselves. It should be paid from your own ad accounts, so you see every dirham and keep the accounts if you change agency. ExtraMiles never marks up ad spend.
3. Commission on spend
Many agencies take a percentage of ad spend. Ask whether it is included, and check it against the spend shown in your own ad accounts. ExtraMiles puts any such charge in the written quote, never as a surprise.
4. What changes your cost per lead
A high-value product, such as property or a full villa fit-out, costs more per lead than a salon booking. Narrow targeting, screening questions and overseas audiences also change it. Judge the cost per meeting or per sale, not only per lead.
5. What to ask before you sign
Will the target be in writing? Who owns the ad accounts and leads? Are leads shared with anyone else? How fast will leads reach me? ExtraMiles answers all four in the contract: a written month-1 target, your accounts, exclusive leads, WhatsApp within minutes.
